Acceptable Use Policy

The network admins have noticed a disturbing trend and feel the need to clarify a few things. Although we appreciate the desire of many of our users to target the facilitators of child pornography, we are not comfortable with the consequent increase in the posting of disallowed links in public channels and topics.

We remind all of our users of our longstanding rules against the posting of such content.

Posting of CP related activities, pictures, videos, or graphics depicting those that are of questionable age is forbidden. This is a network wide rule, we dont care what channel you post it in, it is NOT ALLOWED.

Discussion of activities, real or planned, with such a person is also forbidden. The attempted luring of underage users will not be tolerated. We are not a social network for pedos.

The discussion of or posting of facts related to CP is allowed. Facts meaning things that have been proven in research, discussing a news article, the psyche of such people, etc. Debating CP is allowed to some extent: everyone is entitled to their opinion. If the discussion violates the rules, you will be banned.

We do not wish to interfere with the day to day operations of all the user channels but we must follow the Terms of Service agreements with our providers and comply with applicable laws. Now before you all start raging, this is not a free speech issue. It is a legal issue so don't even try that argument. Regardless of our personal dislike of these disgusting perverts, we must consider all of our users and yes, even ourselves and make a decision based on the big picture: keeping the network up and available to everyone. We request that all channel owners and their operators keep a closer eye on content being linked in your channels. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
